If Dovecast Media cancels the course, paid learners will receive a refund. If a learner needs another person to attend in their place, please notify Dovecast Media early so the attendee record can be updated. If the course date, format, or instructor needs to change, the team will notify learners through their registered contact method and follow the arrangement then announced. Partner-hosted, directly billed, and other courses remain subject to their own published terms.
